Heritage Brookhollow

I stayed in this hotel with other 2 friends and it was very good. I liked the most: The price. The staff. Housekeeping. Saftey The flexibility and cooperation of the staff There is a 24 hours market about 1.8 mile from the hotel.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow! From the moment I walked in, Rosa at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness truly set the tone for my visit. She answered all my questions with patience and offered helpful advice that made everything so much easier. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and Rosa definitely made my experience stand out. I highly recommend Heritage Place for its clean rooms, great breakfast and top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Rosa, for making my visit unforgettable!

Breakfast was included and had eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, juice, milk, pastries, and coffee. The room was also very nice and the drinks at the bistro weren't overpriced. Staff was very courteous. The experience was an excellent value even at the full price, let alone the discounted price I found on the website. I was very pleasantly surprised. We are in Houston often for sports tournaments and this will be our go-to hotel.

The location is right off of the highway and close to a lot of things. I like the market store, they have it stocked with things you might have forgotten. The desk clerk Rose was nice and very helpful. she made the check in easy. I will stay here again for the price

Room was standard and had everything needed. Very comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on it but the snack shop was filled fairly well. Location is convenient right next to the highway and next to a gas station. Pool looks wonderful but also didn't get a chance to use it.
