Her warm demeanor and attentiveness truly set the tone for my visit. She answered all my questions with patience and offered helpful advice that made everything so much easier. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and Rosa definitely made my experience stand out. I highly recommend Heritage Place for its clean rooms, great breakfast and top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Rosa, for making my visit unforgettable!

Breakfast was included and had eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, juice, milk, pastries, and coffee. The room was also very nice and the drinks at the bistro weren't overpriced. Staff was very courteous. The experience was an excellent value even at the full price, let alone the discounted price I found on the website. I was very pleasantly surprised. We are in Houston often for sports tournaments and this will be our go-to hotel.

The pool was nice although cold and not heated there was a gym in the business center and the breakfast was really good although there wasn't a lot of coffee it went very quick and they wouldn't refill it. I'm not too sure why but for the money I absolutely cannot complain. It's the best value I found in Houston by

Rosa's phenomenal customer service skills and the fact that she wore a beautiful smile as she worked. She obviously loves her job. I am definitely giving this hotel 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend. Room was standard and had everything needed. Very comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on it but the snack shop was filled fairly well. Location is convenient right next to the highway and next to a gas station. Pool looks wonderful but also didn't get a chance to use it.
